2. The service

Mony by Candora is a web app for recording income and spending, setting budgets and managing accounts and pockets, available at https://mony.candora.id/app/. Mony is a record-keeping tool, not financial or investment advice; financial decisions remain entirely yours.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18, or use Mony with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
• Your sign-up details must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
• Mony never asks for your bank password, PIN or OTP code. Never give them to anyone claiming to be us.

4. Trial and subscription

• Sign-up needs no card. Every new account gets a 14-day trial with full access.
• After the trial Mony requires a subscription: monthly IDR 25,000 or yearly IDR 199,000 (prices may change; changes are announced in advance and never apply to a period already paid).
• Without an active subscription the account becomes read-only: your data stays visible, but recording, editing and importing are unavailable until you subscribe. Data is not deleted for non-payment.

5. Payment and renewal

• Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider through a payment link (QRIS, virtual account or e-wallet). We do not store card details, passwords or bank credentials; we store only payment references and statuses.
• There is no automatic charge. A renewal invoice is sent 7 days before the period ends, and the new period starts once you pay it.
• After a period ends unpaid, a 7-day grace period with full access applies; the account then becomes read-only.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in the app. Full access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy (https://mony.candora.id/en/refund-policy/), which forms part of these terms.

8. Prohibited use

• Using Mony for unlawful activity.
• Trying to access other people’s accounts or data, attacking, overloading or reverse-engineering the service.
• Reselling or renting access to Mony without our written consent.

9. Your data

• The financial records you enter are yours. We process them only to run the service, do not sell them and show no ads.
• Administrators do not open users’ financial records from the admin panel.
• Details are in the Privacy Note. You can request deletion of your account and data by email from your registered address.

10. Availability

We work to keep Mony available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced where possible. Outages on our side that meet the Refund Policy conditions are compensated under that policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for financial decisions you make based on records in Mony, or for losses caused by third-party disruptions (internet, banks, e-wallets). Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

12. Changes

Material changes are announced by email and in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you disagree, you can cancel before they apply.

13. Termination

We may disable accounts that breach these terms after stating the reason, except for serious breaches that endanger the service or other users.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled by deliberation first and, failing that, through a consumer dispute settlement body or the competent court.
