How much is the subscription?
After the 14-day trial: IDR 25,000 per month or IDR 199,000 per year.
How do I pay?
Through a payment link from a licensed payment provider: QRIS, virtual account or e-wallet. There is no automatic charge; a renewal invoice is sent 7 days before the period ends.
Can I cancel?
At any time, from the Subscription page. Full access continues until the end of the paid period and your data is not deleted.
When is money refunded?
When there is an error on our side or the payment system’s, and for yearly plans within the first 7 days. Details are in the Refund Policy (/en/refund-policy/).
What does it cost?
Sign up without a card and use every feature for 14 days. After that, Mony is a monthly or yearly subscription. Without one, you can still view your data, and it is not deleted.
Are there ads?
None. We do not sell your data to anyone either.
Do I have to enter my bank password?
No. Mony never asks for a bank password. You sign in with an email address and a password you create for Mony, then record things yourself or upload a transaction-history PDF.
Which banks are supported?
You can record transactions from any bank or e-wallet by hand. PDF import is available today for Bank Jago transaction history only. Imports for BCA, BNI and BRI are not available.
Does it work on a phone and on a laptop?
Yes. Mony is a web app, so you open it in the browser on a phone or a laptop. You can also install it to your home screen.
Can I use it together with my partner?
Not yet. Sharing records with a partner is not available. It is planned, with no date.
What is the difference between an account and a pocket?
An account is where your money is, such as a bank or an e-wallet. A pocket is a part of one account set aside for a purpose, such as grocery money or savings.
Which languages is it available in?
Indonesian, English, Chinese and Arabic.
Who makes Mony?
The Candora team, a technology partner for products built around families (candora.id). Mony is Candora’s own product: designed, built and run by its team.
